What to Expect

- Follow-up: Receive your matches within 72 hours of the event
Eligibility
- To ensure a smooth experience, we ask all guests to meet the following criteria before making a reservation:
- Faith Alignment: Must be Muslim and respectful of Islamic values
- Marital Status: Must be single and sincerely seeking marriage (nikah)
- Group: Must be within group specified on the event ticket
Event Rules
- Privacy: No sharing of social media or contact information on site
- Punctuality: Be respectful of everyone's schedules and arrive on time
- Conduct: Maintain halal etiquette with all guests
- Guidance: Follow the host's instructions to ensure a smooth experience

How is match info delivered? You will receive an email from Muslim Speed Match within 72 hours after the event.

What if I'm late? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event time for check-in. We cannot allow event entry once matchmaking rounds have begun.

What if I didn't receive my match information? Check the spam folder in your email. If it's still not received, contact us.

Is my information private? Your data is secure and only shared if mutual interest is confirmed.

May I have a refund? Tickets are non-refundable due to event planning and venue commitments. In certain circumstances, a ticket may be transferred to a future event if 72 hour notice is provided.

What if an event is canceled? If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will be notified and offered a choice between a full refund or a ticket to the event on a rescheduled date.
