You acknowledge that Muslim Speed Match is only responsible for organizing the events and providing follow-up match information. By registering for an event, you consent for us to share your contact information with mutual matches to facilitate a relationship that leads to Islamic marriage.

Event Policies and Safety Guidelines:

Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old.
Code of Conduct: All Guests are expected to behave in a halal manner during the event.
Dress Code: Neat, conservative attire is recommended.
Information sharing: Exchange of contact information or social media information is not allowed during the event.
Timeliness: Guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the event start time for check-in.

Match Exchanges: Match information is provided via email within 72 hours of the event.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable due to event planning and venue commitments. In certain circumstances, a ticket may be transferred to a future event with 72 hour notice.
Right to Refuse/Terminate: Muslim Speed Match reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the participation of Guests who do not follow event policies.

Matchmaking Disclaimer

While our events provide a platform for connection, Muslim Speed Match does not guarantee that Guests will find a mutual match. Our events should be considered as an opportunity to meet potential life partners without the promise of specific outcomes.

Health and Safety Acknowledgment

Guests acknowledge the health risks associated with public gatherings and agree to adhere to any health and safety standards.

Private Event Agreement

Muslim Speed Match events are held in trusted third-party venues, such as mosques and Islamic centers. By providing private space for events, the venue agrees to the following:

Privacy Compliance: Event guest lists are not shared with venue hosts.
Exclusive Possession: Muslim Speed Match has exclusive possession and access to the private room during event hours, ensuring guest privacy.
Indemnification Clause: The venue holds Muslim Speed Match harmless for any structural or facility-related accidents.

Inclusivity and Competitor Restriction

Muslim Speed Match's focus is to create an inclusive environment for all Guests in diverse communities. Competitors seeking to copy any aspect of our services or website are strictly prohibited from attending our events.

Non-Disparagement Agreement

Guests agree to contact Muslim Speed Match directly regarding any issues before making public disparaging remarks. Violation of this agreement may result in the participant being liable for damages incurred by Muslim Speed Match.
